We have a selected range of designer dresses available to hire for a fraction of the RRP. The standard hire period is four (4) days, you can either pick up your dress from or Traralgon store, or we can post this to you via express post. You can return your dress using the same methods.

We ask that you don't wash your dress after wearing it. Simply return the dress and we will have it professionally dry cleaned which is included in the hire fee. If you are returning your item via post, EXPRESS postage must always be used as postal delays can have a significant impact on our system.

To check if your preferred dress is available to hire in your size for your particular date, please email us at info@rentedstyle.com.au or DM us on our instagram page @rentedstyleau for confirmation. Once you have received our confirmation that the dress is available to hire, you can add your dress in your selected size to the online cart and process your payment. Once payment has been received you will receive an email confirmation with details.   

If you need to cancel your booking or make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@rentedstyle.com.au. We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings during our peak season September- March. We will provide you with a credit note which can be used in the future on dress hires or on our retail products.

Try ons are welcome in store, in Traralgon. We do not charge for try on appointments.
